A particularly well-sherried Strathmill single malt, distilled back in 2006 and initially matured in refill butt casks. Before being bottled in November 2020, this one was finished in a fresh sherry butt for 11 months. Eventually, it was bottled up by Signatory for the Cask Strength Collection, with an outturn of 698 bottles.
Treacle tart, blackberry jam, ginger, dusty oak.
Toast with a thick layer of Nutella, big handfuls of festive spices, pecan pie.
Peppery barley, demerara sugar, ginger, chocolate mousse.
