Independently bottled single malt from Strathmill, released by Signatory as part of its Un-Chillfiltered Collection! This expression was distilled in July 2009 and allowed to mature for 12 years in a pair of hogsheads, until it was bottled up in August 2021.
Butterscotch, honey flapjacks with mixed nuts, toasted wood chips.
Vanilla, oaty chocolate biscuits, a touch of cut grass, and herbal barley.
Bitter chocolate, spicy cedar, dried apricots, raisins, soft baking spices.
