A Signatory bottling of 10 year old Strathmill single malt, drawn from a pair of hogshead casks filled in September 2007 then emptied in February 2018.
Melted butter and toast, white pepper, sawdust,
Honeyed porridge, cut grass, apricot.
Treacle, flaky pastry, menthol.
