Nose: Raisins and straw fight it out until grassy peat notes slowly filter up.
Palate: Fresh cut grass, currants and raisins hold the foreground whilst something smoky lurks in the background.
Finish: The peat is a tad more prominent on the finish yet it is vanilla and chocolate that close this dram.
Overall: Dried fruit complexity, grassy freshness and the faint presence of peat; this is a winner.
