Bourbon
A 2008 vintage single malt from the Strathisla Distillery, one of the oldest active distilleries in the Highlands region. The single malt matured in a pair of bourbon barrels for 10 years, until it was bottled by Signatory in March 2019. It was released at 46% ABV as part of the Un-Chillfiltered Collection.
Chocolate shortbread, apple blossom and candied ginger.
A viscous mouthfeel, with more buttery shortbread, dried fruit and ginger cake.
Orange peel and milk chocolate.
