Strathclyde 30 Year Old 1990 (cask 14661) - Old Particular (Douglas Laing)
Single grain Scotch whisky from the Strathclyde Distillery, which has been independently bottled up for the Xtra Old Particular range by Douglas Laing. It was distilled in August 1990, and matured in a single refill barrel for 30 years, before eventually being bottled in March 2021 with an outturn of just 216 bottles.

Nose
Old oak furniture, freshly sliced green apples, melted butter.
Palate
Maple syrup, dusty cedar, tangy orange boiled sweeties.
Finish
Honeyed cereal, cocoa, allspice, and sponge cake.
