Single cask single grain from the Strathclyde Distillery in Glasgow, matured in a refill barrel for 28 years - from August 1990 to June 2019. Another fabulous release from Hunter Laing's The Sovereign range, which is home to many spendid single grains.
Toffee apples, vanilla custard, and butterscotch on the nose.
A palate of condensed milk, soft fruit and vanilla.
The finish is long with a pleasant, sweet aftertatse.
