Single cask single grain from the Strathclyde Distillery in Glasgow, matured in a refill barrel for 28 years - from August 1990 to June 2019. Another fabulous release from Hunter Laing's The Sovereign range, which is home to many spendid single grains.
Nose: Toffee apples, vanilla custard, and butterscotch on the nose.
Palate: A palate of condensed milk, soft fruit and vanilla.
Finish: The finish is long with a pleasant, sweet aftertatse.
