Single grain Scotch whisky matured in a single cask (a refill barrel) from September 1987 to November 2015. After 28 years, 160 bottles were produced at 51.5% abv.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Cinnamon and vanilla with light citrus and toffee.
Palate
Vanilla fudge, classic yummy grain here, with supporting citrus and fruit salad.
Finish
Lightly spiced.
Overall
Well aged grain really is yummy, yummy stuff.
