A cask strength grain whisky from the Strathclyde distillery. This was distilled in 1988, it was then aged for 23 years in a bourbon barrel 7031, bottled for the Clan Denny range.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Custard and chocolate toffee éclair sweets. Black coffee and cherry liqueur.
Palate
Vanilla, black pepper, toffee brittle, hickory and sherbet.
Finish
Coffee and butterscotch.
