An indie single grain from the Strathclyde distillery, aged in a single Sherry butt for 11 years. It was distilled in November 2005 and bottled by Douglas Laing in January 2017 for the Old Particular range. Only 306 bottles were produced.
Soft caramel and cinnamon, with a fresh hint of lemon at the core.
Heavy vanilla. A slight nod towards dried fruit and milk chocolate.
Orange and lemon, with touches of digestive biscuits.
