A decadent treat from Australia's Starward distillery. This single malt was distilled in 2017 and spent its full maturation in Botrytis Semillon dessert wine casks before bottling in 2024. It's rich and oily, laden with sweet dried fruit and gentle tannins.
Heaps of dried, honeyed fruit, cherry chocolate, marzipan, and cinnamon snaps.
Dried apricots, warming waves of nutmeg, thick-cut marmalade, and aromatic, woody spice.
Fruit-filled Danish pastries, waxy honeycomb, more marmalade, and a touch of leather.
