The entry-level whiskey from St. Patrick's in Cork, this expression blend Irish grain and malt whiskies drawn from first-fill barrels, bottled at 40% ABV. Tasty and rather fragrant, this can be enjoyed neat or with your favourite mixer - should also do well in an Irish coffee, too...

Nose
Fresh and slightly floral barley, peppery oak, orange and mint.
Palate
Chewy toffee, peanut brittle, stewed apples and a slow build of ginger.
Finish
Very subtly savoury on the finish...
