Description
Produced at St Patrick's in Cork, here we have a cask strength variation of St Patrick's Irish Whiskey! The blend is matured in first-fill bourbon barrels before being bottled at a cask strength of 53% ABV. Each bottle is individually numbered, with just 1,425 bottles produced.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Floral honey, vanilla pod, white flowers and tangy lemon peel alongside apple skin.
Palate
Fairly gentle, with creamy vanilla, sweet malt and barley sugar, with a tang of citrus and warming oak spice.
Finish
A creamy finish, with earthy oak, vanilla and lemon curd.
