St Patrick's 10 Year Old Sherry Cask Finish
A 10 year old Irish whiskey from the St. Patrick's range. Not only has this matured for a decade, it also enjoyed a finishing period in sherry casks, imparting helpings of sweet dried fruit and festive spices into the mix. Well suited to being enjoyed as a post-meal tipple.

Nose
Banana chips, raisins, chocolate mousse and pomander fragrance.
Palate
Citrus remains from the nose, fruity and floral. Nutty notes build on the palate, with subtle cinnamon and clove.
Finish
Dates, mixed peels, drying spices and toffee.
