Wine Cask
A fruity English single malt here from the English Whisky Co., drawn from a cask which previously held Sauternes wine! At 11 years old, North Star Spirits bottled it up, with a release of 238 bottles at 51.5% ABV.
Hints of red berries, red florals and resinous oak.
Flamed orange peel and fresh nectarine, with caramelised tropical fruits.
Salted caramel and floral malt linger.
