“Not as dramatic as NAS Green Spot, tamed. Probably the most subtle and delicate Single Pot Stills out there. Sweet, and the spicy kick is gentle but long, oposite to Green Spot's sharper but shorter peppery kick. Too easy to drink, it will finish quickly so you've been warned. ”

Description

This is the second addition to the 'Spot' range of Irish whiskeys, which contains the famous Green Spot Pot Still Whiskey. The Yellow Spot is a single pot still Irish whiskey which has been matured in three types of cask: American bourbon cask, Spanish sherry butts and Spanish Malaga casks for a sweeter flavour.

Great whisky

Very smooth reminds me of Texas summer.The nose of peaches from my peach trees. Very pleasant and and smooth great body. The finish is light and has a hint of light carmal and fruit.
