24 year old single malt from the Speyside distillery, independently bottled by Hunter Laing for the literature-inspired First Editions range. This one was distilled in 1993 and matured in a refill hogshead until 2018, when it was bottled at cask strength with a very small outturn of only 123 bottles.
Dark chocolate and dried fruit, with underlying banana chip.
Roasted chestnuts, honeyed cereal, sea salt, cinnamon.
Pine resin and dark chocolate once again.
