Speyside 21 Year Old 1999 (cask 13901) - Old Particular (Douglas Laing)
From Douglas Laing's Old Particular indie bottling range comes a particularly yummy Speyside 21 year old single malt! Distilled at the Speyside Distillery (in Speyside), this one was aged in a refill hogshead from February 1999 to March 2020, when it was bottled up with an outturn of only 244 bottles.

Nutty fruitcake, fresh stem ginger, a hint of juicy melon.

Flaky pastry dipped in coffee, stewed berries and zesty orange peel.

A crackle of black pepper on the finish.
