Distilled at the Speyside Distillery (in Speyside), this one was aged in a refill hogshead from February 1999 to March 2020, when it was bottled up with an outturn of only 244 bottles.

Nose
Nutty fruitcake, fresh stem ginger, a hint of juicy melon.
Palate
Flaky pastry dipped in coffee, stewed berries and zesty orange peel.
Finish
A crackle of black pepper on the finish.
