Speyburn 12yo 2007 #13659 Bottling Note

A smashing Speyburn single malt here from Douglas Laing's Provenance range, distilled back in 2007 and set aside to mature in a refill hogshead. 12 years later, the whisky was bottled up in October 2019 with an outturn of 397 bottles.

Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt

Nose: Honeyed cereals, toasted coconut and a good kick of ginger.

Palate: Vanilla pod earthiness, zesty citrus and a touch of buttery biscuits.

Finish: Banana bread, ground cinnamon and cedar.
