Single Malt
Scotland
11 year old Speyburn single malt here from Douglas Laing's Premier Barrel. These bottles all come in flask-shaped bottles, and features alliterative prose upon the label, which is all very amiable. The whisky itself is rather charming too, you'll be glad to hear. 393 bottles were produced.
Butterscotch and brownies, with some red berry sweetness integrated in there.
The berry notes continue, now with orange and peach in support. Still slightly chocolatey.
Roasted coffee beans and honey.

What a decanter and what a whisky inside! Delish
What a great Single Malt in a really magnificent decanter. Bought this as a gift and ended up keeping it as I quite fell in love with this Douglas Laing offering
