A very pale, refill butt-matured single cask Speyburn. This was distilled on the 17th January 1980 before a 26 year maturation in cask 110. It was bottled by Signatory for their fabulous Cask Strength Collection.
Kirsch and pear liqueur on the nose, with notes of freshly juiced oranges, candy floss, corn syrup and oak.
Creamy and fruity, again more of those pear notes, notes of sweet French apple cider and potpourri.
Good length, quite tangy and zesty.
