A big bold addition to the Smokehead whisky range, this edition of the powerfully peaty Islay single malt was partially finished in stout casks. Prepare for rich notes of dark chocolate, treacle, and toasty malt alongside classic coastal smoke here.

Nose

Sweet layers of dark chocolate sauce and treacle toffee join classic coastal waves of maritime smoke.

Palate

Biscuity malt and smoky salinity lead the way, with rich cocoa and treacle, roasted nuts, and creamy vanilla.

Finish

A hint of coffee arrives for the finish, with plenty of woody smoke, candied citrus, and malty ale.
