This secretive Speysider hails from a mystery distillery, though we do know that it was distilled in 2005. It spent its 13 years of ageing in a hogshead cask, until the single malt was bottled up by Signatory for its Un-Chillfiltered Collection at 46% ABV. Perhaps you can use your powers of deduction (and taste) to figure out where this one came from...
Nose: Fruity, with notes of cantaloupe, lemon curd and pear crumble.
Palate: Oak spice and creamy vanilla, with orchard fruit and honeyed spiced.
Finish: Cinnamon-spiced fruit lingers.
