A mysterious indie bottling from Signatory, this single malt hails from an undisclosed Speyside distillery. We do know that it was distilled in July 2005, and that it then rested for 12 years in hogsheads. Signatory bottled the mystery malt in June 2018 for the Un-Chillfiltered Collection at 46% ABV. Reckon your nose and palate are up to the test of figuring out where this one came from?
