Unnamed Orkney 13 Year Old 2005 (casks 17/A63 53 & 54) - Un-Chillfiltered Collection (Signatory) 70cl Whisky

A 13 year old single malt from Orkney, independently bottled by Signatory for the Un-Chillfiltered Collection. It was distilled in May 2005 and matured in a pair of hogsheads until June 2018, when it was bottled at 46% ABV. We don't know which distillery on Orkney is responsible, but there aren't many, so you may be able to guess after tasting it...
