An intriguing indie bottling here from Signatory! This 15 year old single malt was distilled on Orkney in 2006 and matured in sherry butts, until it was bottled up in August 2021. The precise distillery from which this came is a mystery, which makes for a fun guessing game whilst sipping a dram. Released as part of Signatory's Un-Chillfiltered Collection.
Very good 15yo HP, a little more smoke than normally found in HP but a cracking mouth filling dram with plenty of finish. First rate bottle for the price
