Unnamed Orkney 12 Year Old 2009 (casks 17/A67 3 & 4) - Un-Chillfiltered Collection (Signatory) 70cl Whisky

Mystery whisky from the island of Orkney! This marvellous expression was distilled in March 2009 and rested in hogshead casks for 12 years. In February 2022, the casks were opened up by the folks at indie bottler Signatory, who bottled the single malt up without any chill-filtration, because this joins the tremendous Un-Chillfiltered Collection. Although the name of the distillery is undisclosed, with so few on Orkney, whisky Columbos should have fun taking a guess at which one made this after giving this a taste.
