This Speyside single malt (with a mysterious letter "M" on the label) joins the Symington's Choice Cask Strength Collection from Signatory. Distilled in 2005, the whisky spent 21 years maturing in a first-fill oloroso sherry butt, yielding 635 bottles when it was opened in 2026.
