Special stuff from Signatory. This Speyside single malt (with a mysterious letter 'M' after its name) was distilled in 2008 and spent the next 18 years maturing in a selection of oloroso sherry butts. Independently bottled by Signatory in 2026 at a robust 57.1% ABV for the 100 Proof Editions.

Disappointing

For an 18 year old Speyside it’s not very smooth, dark colour but no noticeable smell or taste of sherry and it’s oddly bitter
