This single malt is brought to us by indie bottler Signatory as part of its Exceptional Cask 100 Proof Editions. The whisky hails from an undisclosed Speyside distillery (perhaps the letters 'GL' on the label provide a clue?) and spent 16 years maturing in a host of first-fill oloroso sherry hogsheads before bottling at a robust 57.1% ABV.
