Hailing from an undisclosed Orkney distillery, and independently bottled by Signatory, we can't help but wonder what the little letters "HP" that appear in brackets on the label of this single malt could possibly mean. Distilled in 2005, and matured in a first-fill oloroso sherry butt, a total of 452 bottles joined Signatory's Cask Strength Collection in 2023.
