This impressive blended malt Scotch whisky from Signatory brings together generously aged whiskies from a remarkably extensive host of distilleries (see below for a big old list!). Matured in a host of sherry casks for a generous 31 years, the blend was bottled up at cask strength, without added colour or chill filtration.
