Palate Creamy notes of white chocolate and cashew nuts, with a vibrant burst of citrus juice and peels, leading into caramelised nuts and chilli pepper heat. Salted caramel leads into orchard fruit and a suggestion of smoke.
Finish Apricot jam and freshly squeezed oranges, with salted, toasted (if slightly burnt) nuts.
