Nose: Grist, sweet barley malt. Very fruity, lots of apples, pears and plums. Some honey too, a hint a of oak.

Palate: Vanilla led with malty, biscuity notes. Good body, hint of smoke.

Finish: Gentle smoke on the finish, light peat too, and barley sweetness.
