This Japanese blended malt whisky joins indie bottler Jack Tar's Sanmi-Ittai Trinitas No.2 series. The collection features whisky drawn from a pair of sherry casks, sourced from the previous owner of the now-closed Hanyu distillery, Toashuzo Co. Three labels were designed for each cask, resulting in a total of six chapters in the series. This one, Yobidashi is named after the Japanese word for the announcer who summons sumo wrestlers to the ring before a fight.
