There are a total of six bottles in the Sanmi-Ittai Trinitas No.2 collection from indie bottler Jack Tar. Each of them contains Japanese blended malt whisky drawn from one of two sherry casks that were sourced from Toashuzo Co., previous owner of the now-closed Hanyu distillery. This edition is named Shikiri after the practice of intense, intimidating staring, traditionally carried out by sumo wrestlers before a fight.
