“Not normally a blend drinker but this could change my tastes - only a slight smokiness in the smell but definitely there in the taste. Quite a sharp bite and light caramel. What real surprised me for the strong flavours is that it is quite a light colour - almost clear”

Description
A superbly snazzy addition to Douglas Laing's Rock Island collection! This edition of the coastal blended Scotch whisky is a combo of single cask single malts from Orkney, Arran, Jura, and Islay that were all treated to a finish in Tequila casks. Time to experiment with making whisky-based Palomas we reckon.
Tasting Note by The Producer
Bursts of citrus and puffs of bonfire smoke, along with a crème brûlée creaminess. A lingering finish with brown sugar and toasted oak.
