A spicy, bourbon barrel-matured single cask Rare Ayrshire, aged for 36 years in barrel number 3416 before bottling in 2012.
Creamy and zesty, with red berry fruits and apple peel. A little toffee and thick vanilla-laden custard.
Cantaloupe melon, rye spice, black forest honey, Madeira cake and citrus.
Black pepper and malt, apple strudel.
