Nose: Coastal, aromatic nose with hints of lime peel and fresh herbs. Tangy notes of citrus, allspice, soft peat smoke and tar.
Palate: Tarry old ropes and beeswax. Hints of lemon curd, honey, allspice and cardamom. Rich oak and a thick plume of oily wood smoke.
Finish: Long finish - very complex with hints of salted butter and herbs on the tail.
