Description

Distilled in 1995 at the now silent Port Dundas distillery, this Lowland single grain spent three full decades maturing in a single bourbon hogshead before being bottled by Signatory Vintage at a cask strength of 56.8% ABV. It showcases the elegant, dessert-leaning side of long-aged grain whisky, with time and oak doing all the heavy lifting.

Nose

Soft and refined, with aromas of vanilla fudge, coconut, caramel, and toasted oak, balanced by hints of citrus and spice.

Palate

Smooth and silky, delivering flavours of toffee, honey, crème brûlée, and light tropical fruit, layered with warming oak spice and grain sweetness.

Finish

Long and mellow, with lingering vanilla, sweet oak, and gentle spice.
