This single grain Scotch whisky from Port Dundas joins the Un-Chillfiltered Collection from independent bottler Signatory. Distilled in 2010, the whisky spent the next 15 years maturing in a selection of first-fill sherry hogsheads and bourbon barrels before bottling without added colour or chill filtration.
