Description

This straight bourbon blends three mash bills for an overall ratio of 75% corn, 15% wheat, 7% rye, and 3% malted barley. Sweet notes of buttered corn and caramel, toasted oak, and a touch of brown sugar.

Palate

Soft stone fruits, a touch of candied citrus, oaken vanilla, dried berries, and popcorn.

Cornbread, buttercream, a touch of woody spice, and lingering vanilla.
