Description

Single cask Indian single malt from Paul John, distilled in Goa. This unpeated expression was bottled for Gordon & MacPhail at cask strength. We are rather fond of Paul John's top-notch whiskies...

Nose

Flamed orange peel, brown sugar, a whiff of floral malt.

Palate

More chocolate-y than the nose suggests, but maintains the rich brown sugar notes.

Finish

Slowly building baking spice warmth.
