The Millennial Range from North Star Spirits explores the regions of Scotland's whisky production, showing off their individual characteristics with an undisclosed distillery's single malt from each region. The Islay Star is an 11 year old single malt with a good helping of peat at its core.

Nose

Dry barley and soft vanilla, punctuated by smoky peanut shells. A waft of clean laundry, too.

Palate

Fried banana and grassy peat. Caramelised nuts and basil leaf.

Finish

Hints of white chocolate and sea salt.
