An 11 year old single malt Scotch whisky from an undisclosed Island distillery, independently bottled by North Star Spirits as part of the Millennial Range. This series explores the whisky production regions of Scotland and act as an introduction to each region's unique profiles.

Nose

Slightly floral at first, but soon enough develops notes of brown sugar and shortbread.

Palate

A slight smokiness develops, alongside melted butter and fresh malt earthiness.

Finish

Citrus peels and dusty oak.
