Hailing from a secret Islay distillery, this single malt is brought to us by independent bottler North Star Spirits. Distilled in 2012, this peated whisky spent 12 years maturing in a red wine hogshead, adopting plenty of jammy red fruit alongside the sweet peat smoke at its core. A total of 324 bottles were released in 2025.
Sweet, earthy smoke, dried berries, tangy red fruits, waves of oak char and vanilla.
Rich layers of jammy red fruits, burnt sugar, and robust, hearty peat smoke.
Dark, vinous fruit, a touch of tannic oak, dense charcoal, a trickle of treacle.
