A mysterious North Star Spirits bottling here from an undisclosed Orkney distillery! It was distilled in 2007 and left for 13 years, initially in a refill hogshead before it was finished in a Pedro Ximénez cask. It was bottled at a burly 59.6% ABV with an outturn of 308 bottles. Let's see if you can decipher which of the two distilleries on Orkney it hails from!
