This single malt from North Star Spirits was distilled in 2007 at a super-secret undisclosed distillery on Orkney. It matured in a single refill bourbon hogshead for the next 12 years, until it was bottled at cask strength in 2019 in a release of 370 bottles at 55.5% ABV, as part of the Cask Series 007.
