Description
This impressive blended Scotch whisky joins Cask Series 21 from indie bottler North Star Spirits. 2012 vintage whisky from a mix of distilleries matured for a decade in a pair of sherry butts, which were opened in 2022 to release a total of 802 bottles.
Tasting Note by The Chaps at Master of Malt
Nose
Creamy notes of porridge and coffee, with soft stone fruits and vanilla in tow.
Palate
Biscuity malt and toffee are joined by hints of zingy red fruit and cinnamon, with a touch of fennel and oaken spice beneath.
Finish
Lemon peel, barley sugar sweeties, syrupy flapjack, and a sprinkle of pepper.
